LEGO and Breast Cancer Awareness among the week’s memorable experiential
Rounding up some eye-catching experiential over the past week, Creative Moment found inspiration from brands including Sprinter, LEGO, Tamburin, and Breast Cancer Awareness.
As supporters of retail’s transformation to a more experiential future, as well as well executed activation, Creative Moment rounds up the latest wave of imaginative marketing.
Tamburins’ Floral Fantasy in Shanghai
On first glance, this store in Shanghai for luxury skincare brand Tamburins appears to be an AI brand imagining, however, this striking, three-story retail experience exists IRL.
We love the dream-like aesthetic, with its bold purple and white exterior and supersized floral installations. Tamburins’ theatrical, multi-sensory experience is hard to forget, and merges art and retail elegantly.
LEGO lights up London’s Battersea Power Station
LEGO brought its “Play is Your Superpower” campaign to life by turning Battersea Power Station into a “Factory of Creativity”. The show featured a Minifigure assembly line, filling the iconic chimneys with a display of moving bricks and vivid lights.
This isn’t the first time the chimneys have been the inspiration for a bit of experiential, but LEGO’s efforts are a particularly apt brand fit and make playful use of the iconic architecture.
Breast Cancer Awareness: “Unexpected Lumps” in London
For Breast Cancer Awareness Month, London’s streets gained a visual reminder via the “Unexpected Lumps” campaign.
Placing ring-shaped stickers over footpath ‘lumps’ around London Bridge, the activation is a call to action for people to self check regularly. Each sticker has a QR code linking to educational resources from Breast Cancer Now.
Sprinter’s Pop-Up on Bowery in NYC
Millennial and Gen Z brands are moving away from traditional advertising and into immersive. Sprinter, a newcomer to the beverage market, is a striking example. Kylie Jenner’s brand launched an NYC ‘fruit stand’ pop-up with free merchandise, branded drink samples, and a claw machine game.
