Lidl announces announces hotly anticipated middle aisle buys with 'checkout couture’
Paris. Milan Lidl.
Inspired by London Fashion Week, Lidl has revealed the hyped Middle of Lidl products by taking inspiration from the weird and wonderful high fashion world.
In a campaign created by The Romans, the supermarket has even made a must-have accessory out of its sell out air fryer, which is back in stores this week, after a previous version sold 17 per minute last November.
With the last few weeks offering up plenty of bizarre fashion moments, from Viktor&Rolfe’s upside-down dresses[1] to Schiaparelli’s divisive animal head collection[2] – Lidl has used this week’s middle aisle buys to release a set of looks that pay homage to the unusual props, poses and styling set to hit the runways.
They say imitation is the sincerest form of flattery.
Customers looking to recreate the looks at home can find the below in the Middle of Lidl this week:
- Tower 4L Hot Air Fryer, £54.99
- Harry Potter Bedlinen, £12.99
- Hand Blender, £12.99
