Maersk meets Indiana Jones in ad that makes logistics an adventure
Adventure.
It's not something usually associated with logistics, have to admit (sorry logistics).
Yet, Maersk, with the help of Havas Business and Danish creative agency &Co, has taken a historically rather dry subject and injected it with enough anticipation and curiosity to make me watch until the end.
Refreshing.
The female protagonist, clearly not a natural Indiana Jones type, goes on an exciting, trap-laden and somewhat life-threatening expedition. After completing several daring challenges, she finds her way to the climactic end where she (hence the campaign title) discovers new paths and brings us back into the logistics world.
It's a neat piece of work, engaging, focused and yes, a memorable treatment. It's good to see a brand like Maersk putting creativity first.
